Lime Yogurt with Fruit and Meringues

Ingredients:

  • 1  cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1  tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4  teaspoon grated lime zest
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1  large mango, peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 1  (6oz) package fresh raspberries
  • 1  cup fresh blue berries
  • 4  (2-inch) purchased meringues

Instructions:

  1. Stir together yogurt, sugar, lime zest, and salt in small bowl.
  2. Gently toss together mango, raspberries, and blue berries in medium bowl
  3. Divide yogurt mixture evenly among 4 shallow bowls: top evenly with mango mixture. Crumble 1 meringue over each bowl and serve at once.
