Ingredients:

  • Cooking spray  4 spray(s)
  • Chili powder  ¼ tsp
  • Garlic powder  ¼ tsp
  • Ground cumin  ¼ tsp
  • Kosher salt  ¼ tsp
  • Raw salmon  8 oz, 2 (4-oz) skinless fillets

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt. Lightly coat the salmon with cooking spray; sprinkle with the spice mixture.
  2. Preheat an air fryer, if necessary, to 400°F. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the salmon in the basket. Air-fry until the fish flakes easily or until the desired degree of doneness, 7 to 8 minutes.
