Ingredients:

  • 99% Fat-Free, Plain or Natural Yogurt, Unsweetened  1 cup(s), (240g)
  • Maple Syrup  2 tsp
  • Vanilla Bean Paste  1 tsp
  • Fresh Berries  ½ cup(s), (80g), sliced
  • Pistachio Nuts  1 tbs, no shells, chopped
  • Dark Chocolate  20 g, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Line a 16cm x 26cm (base measurement) baking tin with baking paper.
  2. Combine yogurt, syrup, and vanilla in a medium bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture over the base of the prepared tin.
  4. Sprinkle with berries, nuts, and chocolate.
  5. Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until firm.
  6. Break into bite-sized pieces to serve.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
